We would like to thank everyone at Charles Stephens for their professional service following my mother's passing. Tom Henderson guided us sympathetically and carefully through all the necessary stages which was made more tricky as the funeral had to be mostly organised over the phone.

On behalf of all my family & friends I wish to thank Anna Campbell Lea & Tom for their overwhelming sensitivity, kindness and elegance that they showed whilst arranging our Mum's direct cremation. Everything from Anna's choice of beautiful flowers and perfect arrangements and the warm, elegant and respectful manner that Tom was with my Mum throughout her cremation gave our family immense comfort. Eternal thanks to all of your staff for their excellent service Lorraine Hughes.

We recently had Charles Stephens manage my mother in laws funeral. We were fortunate to have Jane Scott to organise everything for us. She has all of the qualities that one could wish for in such a situation. She was professional, kind, empathetic yet practical and efficient too which is just what we needed. She made what could have been a sad and difficult day a very positive and uplifting one. Thank you Jane, you are superb at your job and a credit to Charles Stephens.

This review is a bit late but comes after attending another funeral. Fleur was the lady who helped and guided us and she was remarkable. She kept us informed with all my mums movement until she was ready to view. She helped with the order of service, memorial cards, wirral globe and anything else we had need of her for. I couldn't recommend Charles Stephens enough and this lady just made the heartbreaking event so easy x
