After making the initial phone call to Dignity, it was a big relief to have everything taken care of from start to finish. Gaynor was excellent with her approach to everything and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. She is such a lovely lady. Please give my warmest thanks to the funeral director and the team.

The wonderful staff at Alex Taylor dealt with my dads funeral in 2017 and my mums in 2021, the care and services we received were excellent both times. Such a painful and stressful time made so much easier for us all to cope with because of the understanding and caring nature of all of the staff. Mum and dad both paid for their funerals in advance which took a massive financial worry away from us. Ill be prepaying my funeral with them too so that I can take that worry away from my kids and I know theyll be looked after in the same way that we were.

We lost our dear Brother recently, and from the moment we contacted them they made what was a very sad, emotional and upsetting time much easier, all of the staff where absolutely amazing and we couldnt have asked for a more understanding and caring group of people, nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond in their care of us as a family and of our brother, they truly cared and made the whole difficult process much easier to understand and arrange. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all x
