If there was the facility to put 10 stars, I would. The service provided was excellent. Alex was so patient and caring, towards my dad, who lost his wife at a difficult time. Even the little things like always offering a brew when we called in, were welcomed. Highly recommended.

Owens are the most caring funeral directors I have ever dealt with & sadly Ive had the misfortune to need funeral services on several occasions. From the care & compassion shown when they collected my loved one all the way through to the perfect send off they helped me arrange, everything was done with perfection & nothing was too much trouble. The support shown by the lovely Alex was above & beyond & I can honestly say she held me together during the awful gap between my loss & the funeral. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough to give your loved one the send off they surely deserve.

I would highly recommend Owens Funeral Service. We really can't thank Lorraine, Alex and everyone else at Owens Funeral Service enough for helping our family arrange our Mum's funeral. They were so kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. The whole Team were very respectful and professional but also very caring and it felt like Mum was being looked after by friends. Thank you all for making a very difficult time as easy as it could be.

I can't thank Alex and Lorraine enough for their help and support in arranging my mum's funeral. From the initial meeting, chapel of rest appointment, the day of the funeral and arranging payment - every step of the way they have been so helpful and considerate. They've made such a difficult thing a little bit easier - and for that I can't thank them enough.
