Had a couple of flower arrangements sent to me from this florist and I have to say just how pleased I have been . The flowers are so many and have been really fresh and arranged beautifully. The best I have been sent .

Working on behalf of E-florist i suppose they miss the face to face and thunk its acceptable to rip people off ! Absolutely disgraceful!! Flowers that arrived not even remotely what was advertised. Their customer service tried to say it was allowable for the product advertised to vary, maybe. But NOT to be completely different and in a very very poor state. I requested they collect the flowers and issue a full refund which they eventually agreed. After waiting a week for the refund i sent yet another email to be told that the refund would be less that 50% because the good sent back were perishable ! More utter nonsense, against the consumer good ACT !! They have now refunded only 35% of the cost of the purchase despite breeching every consumer right ! Perishable or not, the goods were not as advertised and substandard, they were returned fully for a refund as is legally required, i made sure to follow ALL the relevant steps and wording. They totally ignore your rights and hope you wont complain ! Well, this one isnt going away. Happy to share images with anyone who wants to see this ridiculous excuse of a bouquet ! Could have better at a petrol station forecourt for 5 !!! To add, thanks for your reply Stamens, I understand they allow variations, but not to this extent. The refund was 35% of what the bouquet cost, are you saying that you refunded this and e-florist did not ? They have clearly stated in thier email reply that YOU the florist only refunded that amount because the flowers are Perishable Is this not true ? Are they not telling the truth ??
