Pension Justice

I contacted Pension Justice after a friend recommended them. He'd received compensation after being advised (badly) to move his pension, and I'd also received the advice from the same company. Paul Higgins (pension justice) was superb from start to finish. After filling out the form online with some basic info, I had a reply by email within hours and a phone conversation with Paul the next day. He was quick to respond to any queries I had, and kept me updated all the way through the process. With Paul's help I managed to claim back a large proportion of what I'd lost from my pension pot. i would like to thank pension justice for there tireless work in obtaining a refund on my pension investment they were not detered when time and again i thought i had lost my investment that i had worked hard for i can not recomend them highley enough and anyone who finds themselves in a simaler situation as me i would urge them to speak to them

Pension justice was a recommendation so I thought I would see what they could do for me when I contacted them I found them really helpful put me at ease and explained how it all works, they told me they have a very good success rate, I honestly didn't think they would get my miss sold Pension back, they kept me updated with all the proceedings, which I felt very helpful and reassuring. Pension Justice and especialy Paul Higgins, were very persevering and helpful. It took a long time to get a result due to Covid and other external factors, but eventually they managed to get me compensation from the FCA which covered all of my missing pension money. I was very impressed and I can highly recommend them. Just be patient though, as the wheels of indusrty can turn very slow in the Financial Services Industry!

Having been miss sold pension advice and loosing what was a considerable amount of money for me (we are talking tens of thousands) I was put in touch with Pension Justice. Paul talked me through the whole process. I decided to trust him with my claim, and this has now just been finalised. The amount received from the FSCS was far more than I had anticipated and a wonderful surprise. I would with a doubt recommend Paul and Pension Justice. I am so relieved that I took him up on his recommendation, I really thought that I had lost the pension money for good.
