McDonald's

Absolutely the worst McDonald's on the wirral, every time I've been here there is something wrong with the order, just come through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes and still no order had arrived, went in and they hadn't even packed it. Not once in maybe 20 visits have they got our order right, how hard can it be?????

The food is consistently bad whether you drive through or eat in. Cold, dried out. Nothing positive to say about the food or drink really. Oh yes, the pre bottled Tropicana is good. If you drive through, expect to have to park up and wait for your cold food. I thought it was the parking wait that made it cold, but last week I went inside and it was still cold. I'm done with this MDs. Think I will try Prenton next time.

I come here frequently with my boys after swimming; they like to go inside the restaurant to get our order. The service has always been a bit mixed. I think this is driven by them prioritising drive through and delivery orders. Today was disappointing. We made a relatively simple order (3* fries, 3 drinks, 2 McFlurries) at 11am. We didn't receive it until 11.20, despite it not appearing very busy The process for assembling orders is odd and a bit disorganised. As soon as we placed our order, I watched someone behind the counter make the drinks and the McFlurries. At 11.10, I saw someone deposit an open bag with the fries inside. The staff then worked on assembling different orders, many of which were made after us. At 11.20, someone assembled our order, the components of which had been ready for 10 minutes, and then handed them to us. At this point, the ice in the drinks had melted, the fries were lukewarm and the McFlurries were in the advanced stages of melting, to the point the boys no longer wanted them.
