As somebody who has difficulties with communication and understanding technicalities through words, after I explained this; I was left feeling really grateful. I received further technical support with setting up the equipment I purchased and was given incredible advice by Chris S - who even took the time to draw me drawings and a diagram to show what goes where. Its not a service they offer, but it just goes to show you how much time and effort they put in to ensure I was satisfied. Beyond that, Intellitec even checked my setup online and adjusted accordingly to suit my battery needs.

Was let down by another supplier and Intellitec saved the day. Chris was so helpful, checking that the item i was after was in their warehouse and ensuring next day delivery. Just brilliant. Thank you

Ive been a regular customer of Intellitec for a number of positive reasons. 1. The pre/post customer support is unbeatable. (Called in unannounced and was given items by friendly staff within minutes. 2. Yes, Amazon might deliver next-day but they wont give you anywhere near the assistance you need when setting up your products, particularly Victron. I really highly recommend Intellitec MV! If youre lucky you might get a bit of dicsount! Ask for Ruth, say Robbie sent you

Excellent customer service from all the team. Very helpful (and patient) with all my questions. Meant I bought the right solar kit for my van. Highly recommended.

We received fantastic customer service from the lovely and genuine staff at Intellitec. They sorted out the interior lights on our minibus and were so helpful ad kind. They made us feel very welcome and cared about. They welcomed us and our dogs in out of the rain whilst they worked on the bus. I couldnt fault them. Really brilliant staff team. Thanks Chris and the gang :)
