It was with some trepidation that we embarked on finding a contractor to complete some essential repairs to our Victorian house to complete a full rewire and replace old inefficient radiators. At the initial visit Phil was keen to arrange an in depth review of the house and arranged a two hour slot to do this. At this review he went room to room detailing what was required, providing ideas and in joint discussion we had a detailed plan of work to be completed. The resulting quote was thorough, comprehensive and itemised for the work agreed. He was easy to communicate with and professional and we had no qualms about his company undertaking the work. We are delighted that the work completed has been of a high standard and by tradesmen who were respectful of the house taking time to tidy up and were professional.
