        Worst customer service ever experienced. The agent assumed I wouldn't be a serious candidate stating "we've had these calls all before". He was RUDEST handler of a call I've come across I was in disbelief, honestly think about who you hire and please train them on basic manners especially to potential customers. Didn't like the fact that I was willing to travel from London and rudely ended all talk of me wanting to travel.

        I was waiting for a cancellation for a while and was trying to grab one from all the cancellation apps available. I had no luck in over 2 months but when I was coming up to my last few weeks of lessons with my driving instructor, I paid for this service and they found me a cancellation within 30 days of paying them. It was for the test centre I had been practicing at which is very busy and it couldnt of been any better timing for me. They were always prompt with responses and I passed so couldnt be any more happier !

        Was informed by my instructor about this company I was hesitant but when I called they were really friendly and assuring. Excellent customer service. Their response time is very fast both email and calls. I am pleased with their service. 100% recommend!!!
