We contacted Howard after we had a major drain blockage and damaged pipes causing a lot of problems. Howard and his team assessed the issue, provided a detailed breakdown for what needed doing, and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. Work began straight away, and Howard and his team finished the job quickly to a fantastic standard. Contacted Howard just before Christmas with a major drain issue. He came out the same day to assess and quote, and the next day returned to undertake the work. His comms, customer service, workmanship, and professionalism were outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend, and will never use anyone else in the future for drainage work.
