DALROD Merseyside & Chester

We used Dalrod for the second time late January to deal with a blocked down stairs loo that was affecting the drains in our back garden. The service provided was professional and prompt and they did a good job! But sadly thats where it ends. They recommended work to be done on the pipes out back which we okayd engineer came out and did a cctv survey and told us we would recieve a report in the form of a pdf via e mail. 5 weeks later and 3 phone calls no sign of this report the engineer also damaged a manhole cover on our property after driving over it with his van Dalrod said they would replace it but have to date failed to do so. In short this co is good for call outs but anything after that forget it. UPDATE 24/3/23 1 week after Dalrod comment on my review issue with smashed drain cover still not resolved they havent bothered to replace it! What a joke

Within 1 hour of ringing we had an engineer out who diagnosed the issue which was then resolved quickly and efficiently. 10/10 for response time, affordability and service. Highly recommended.

Had Paul come this morning to unblock drains . Highly recommend the service , absolutely brilliant , he did a fab job ,very informative too and reasonable price
