Purchased windows for the whole house in 2018 and for at least 2 years after, we have reported how difficult it is to open and close the windows upstairs. Due to the pressure applied to open the windows the handles have now come loose. The safety catch in my sons bedroom doesnt work causing the window to open straight out, breaking H&S laws. 4 years on we are still having problems. The main bedroom window has green mould growing from the seal. This was reported in 2020 and they did call out but never returned to resolve. Thanks Mountwood we were a loyal customer at two of our homes, but we wont be making that mistake again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered new patio doors which came ahead of schedule and the guys were very professional. Job was done quickly but without cutting any corners. Very neat and tidy and the overall finishing including re-dashing and trims weee top notch. We have had a few windows and doors through Mountwood now and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Good job

Would highly recommended these guys to anyone. They have just been out to fix my dad's French doors, which were fitted by another company a few years back and have never worked properly from day one. The lads were quick, efficient and were professional from start to finish. Thanks lads!

When we ordered our new door, promised a delivery of 2 weeks. 10 days later we were told it would be 4& 1/2 weeks. On delivery date told, not ready yet. Builders werent happy as they had already wasted days waiting for the door. Builder went to show room, met with hostility, gave him his deposit back and told him not to come back. It was a special design window so I had to go and talk to them. Still took another week to make door, no offer of reducing price and would not deliver it. Not happy
