Powered roller carport door to replace ancient canopy up and over. Mike and Colleague completed job in four hours. No mess, works fine. That was then, DISASTROUS since. Garage roller door fell with a crash a year after installation. Canopy had been secured with one wood screw into a misaligned rawlplug in the concrete lintel. After numerous calls, lies and missed appointments M. Webber tried to bodge a repair but eventually replaced the door in July 2022 which lasted six weeks before jamming shut. He propped it up with my ladder and that's the last we saw of him. Cash in hand operator. No invoice, no receipt, no warranty. Birkenhead County Court Judgment 337MC195 issued 22nd December 2022 which he has not paid.

Since the beginning of Nov 2020 (post 16.1.21) I have been trying after numerous texts and phone calls to get a visit or catalogue from this company, so far absolutely nothing, apart from 1 text message. Awful service and I will not be using them, so there goes another customers money. Unfortunately I couldn't give zero stars!
