I've been at this surgery for 38 yrs and have always been satisfied with the service Unfortunately it is not the same anymore. Trying to get an appointment is a real problem. Its not often I come thankfully but when I really need to see a GP I can't get to see one. I phoned this morning for 45 mins eventually got through to find no appointments so I had to go to the walk in. Not sure why some surgery's manage really well and others don't. Think I need to look elsewhere

terrible service i took my baby in on 16th at 7:50am asking for an appointment for 18day old baby with breathing problems and they refused saying there were no appointments left and while i was there and old man came up asked for appointment and they gave him 1 so they prioritised elder man rather than a 18day old baby with breathing problems so i asked why cant my baby have appointment and there answer was only adults appointments left and sent us to miram medical center at 6:30pm my baby was fine in the end but i would suggest if any1 going her to stay clear they dont give about the younger generation they will just send u away am only doing 1 star as you carnt do 0
