        So bad so very bad. My brothers doctor has totally ignored his needs. He has been ill for 4 months and he got no help from this surgery. Totally toxic.

        I have always used this surgery and cannot commend it more. Dr Wyatt is the loveliest GP you could speak to, he's so helpful and takes his time to really listen to you and give you the best help available. Cannot express how much he has helped me in the last month. They go above and beyond, and the econsult service could not be easier to use, super accessible and helpful in these times!

        Never can get through on the phone to make an 'on the day' appt. This is beginning to be a joke trying to get any appts with your GP anymore.The practice has always been good but ever since they became a bigger practice a few years back and there's more patients it's become a common fail to get an appt. Why they stopped the 'ring at 2.30' for later in the day appts is beyond me....now it's bottleneck busy lines at 8.30am! No wonder people get frustrated and clog up the A&E depts. I'm going to now register with another clinic and hope I'm luckier there.
