        I can say nothing but amazing things for this practise. The reception staff are helpful and go above and beyond to find appointments. Dr Bianco is absolutely wonderful lovely manner and professional. The nurse practitioners are very thorough. There is no doubt this surgery is under immense pressure, however from my experience they help wherever possible. Be kind to our NHS.

        Recently had a appt with Dr Edwards for my teenage daughter. And just wanted to share how grateful I am that she was so empathetic, didnt rush us and gave great patient service.

        Cannot fault any staff or service I have experienced in the last week. I had to register a friend who was staying with me as a temporary patient, reception staff were friendly and efficient. He had a call back from the doctor and then an appointment. She then referred him to the Countess as an emergency. Since then I have been in and out giving the receotionists information and receivibg it. They have bern patient and jibd throughout. I cannot thank them or the doctor enough.
