        Been at this doctors surgery for over 10 years now. It has greatly improved over the last few years and I always find it easily accessible. The e-consult service is brilliant, they always call back within the time frame specified and the concern is always addressed. I have read through some of the reviews on here and have been very shocked to see negative reviews about Dr Rajan. He has always been a very professional and kind man whenever I have needed to see him, always took my concerns seriously and addressed any issues. Like all NHS services there have been issues along the way but the staff have always been quick to listen and rectify any issues raised. I would recommend this Doctors surgery.

        I can't believe that I emailed and called the surgery about my Mum's breathing, I knew that my Mum needed oxygen which I explained to the receptionist, not only did the Dr not come out till Monday, he also left my Mum with a collapsed lung that had to be drained of blood , she could've drowned in her own blood
