Awful doctors!!! Ive tried changing but unfortunately no where is taking on so Im stuck with this one!!! Reception staff are EXTREMELY rude, they also tell me there is no appointments left when there is!! Tells me my symptoms arent serious enough to speak to a doctor and they always fob patients off again and again even my very young children which is disgusting! Ive gone to Justin Madders about this and help with a complaint these doctors and receptionist need sacking and get better ones or they seriously need to change the way they act and treat people. Disgusting GP surgery!

Omg, again what a wonderful service, Dr Harrison, Dr Dale, Dr Newton, Dr Probert, Dr Pill, etc. in no specific order. Wonderful doctors and your excellent team. Well done, Wayne

If you're making a complaint do it through the commissioner and not the practice, as otherwise the practice just covers up their own mistakes without the integrity of staff to make sure they treat patients right. Reception staff are rude and aloof. When I have been waiting for an appointment, I heard four separate people come in who were vunerable and needed help. All were fobbed off in the exact same way, none were helped, and the more vunerable ones were berated and talked down to by the reception staff. Once they left (I was seated round the corner waiting for my consult), they laughed about the disabled people, sighed and all shared how annoying they found someone. I was disgusted. Very unprofessional and not to be trusted. Multiple times the practice has been seen to discriminate against disabilities and people they deem hard work (a quote I heard them describe a patient after they left). Members of staff have very limited knowledge of physical and mental health conditions and the patient care is poor. Avoid if you don't want to be treated like you're worthless.
