I've been a patient at this practice my entire life, some of the staff have been wonderful over the years and I thank them for that, however since they've switched to an online service for prescriptions I've been unable to use this service and have since been ordering medication over the internet with solely online services. The reception staff seem to have no training or method to troubleshoot my technical difficulties and I'm unable to order medication over the phone -- I'm now seeking to register with another practice so I can continue receiving annual check-ups.

Absolutely frustrating....shambolic.... receptionists playing God .....doctors don't seem to want to know.....if you can actually see one .....Covid seems to be an excuse to neglect patients an hide behind an 'app' ....which says my local practice hasn't made appointments available on.....but they tell you to book appointments on the app...... apparently the two practices have merged....why were they separate in the first place when they where in the same building to start with ....... I have no faith in my local doctors anymore .... because I can never get to see one .....also, how are they supposed to check you over ....in a video consultation......I will be changing practices ....it can't be any worse surely. Get used to a failing system....your on your own it seems people.
