        I made a complaint against this service provider. To date, months later it still has not been looked into or acknowledged. It regarded care staff breaching covid law which then placed vulnerable at great risk. Be careful, because if complaints are not looked into as per their policy then they are not even prepared to listen to anyone's complaints. That is a serious breach of conduct. I hope no one has died at the hands of these individuals...

        The team at Bespoke are amazing. Nothing was too much for the girls who cared for Mum, and I am positive it made a real difference to mums life. The girls went above and behond their remit. They made her smile. Picked her up when she was feeling down, and importantly kept the family updated all the time. On behalf of the family I would like to say a very big thank you to Sue, Sheila and the girls. We could not have coped without you. Xx
