        Massive thank you to Jess at this store! I ordered garden furniture which I thought came flat packed and would fit in the car. Jess helped me carry everything out to the car, but it didnt fit. She then sorted a refund, and a reorder with home delivery. The product was reordered at the same discounted price for me despite the product no longer being reduced. It was a bit of a headache to sort out, but Jess made it seem no problem at all with lovely customer service. Thank you to the manager who also assisted to get the last few things sorted :) much appreciated!
