David is a good dentist who handles my filling very gently and make it a painless experience for me. Thanks for explaining the procedures which I was less worried about. I did my teeth hygiene check with Francesca who is very lovely and told me the knowledge and the way to best brush my teeth to avoid bad gum. Thanks for their professionalism and I will come again.

Dr David Hanna is an outstanding dentist. A professional and painless experience with each step well explained. I was anxious of upcoming treatment ,but dentist reassured me and made me at ease. The clinic is well ran and reception very welcoming. Will definitely recommend!! Thank you so much for treatment.

I had such awful experience at Westbourne dental practice I had very inexperienced dentist hence I requested to change it I was waiting for them to let me know about change of my dentist and I never made any appointments When I tried to call to make appointment , they said that you cant make any further appointment as you dna 2 appointments and we have blocked you I swear I did not make appointments I have spoken to practice manager and her attitude was so rude She bring back my appointments from 2017 and tell me that I DNA those appointments I am doctor working in Nhs and the way she made me feel was awful I will now proceed towards making formal complaint Its disgusting how these people are affecting peoples mental health I went through difficult divorce and I am not best in keeping appointments but I didnt even missed appointments With cost of inflation its already so hard to afford dentist bill My view is its agenda to finish people with Nhs dentist and rip them off so that they will automatically go and pay private dentist.

Bit of a sad atmosphere, feels like 2007 or something. Fillings were ok, although my front tooth has been left feeling quite rough and im not sure if this is normal, but there were pieces of filling falling out of my mouth, but my mouth feels fine. My hygienist scaled my bottom teeth and decided to call it a day, she left my top teeth and did not even consider polishing. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years odd and Im pretty sure Im entitled to a full scale and polish. Will not be returning here. 2 stars because they did something i guess. I felt really rushed to get out too. A nice do you have any questions or is there anything else you were looking for today would have been nice. The hygienist just awkwardly stopped talking and expected me to leave without ending the convo I learnt quick that they dont care about nhs patients, i probably have to cough up private prices to actually be cared about, which i will do but at a different practice. Bit weird how the reception staff were playing quizzes so openly and talking about their personal lives too. Just overall didnt feel any professionalism. Id happily take a job here though, just sit off and chat all day and do a couple hours of actual work.
