From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such kindness the staff on reception understood how nervous I was today and reassured me before my treatment which helped a lot . Jamie and John reassured me throughout my treatment and made me feel very comfortable. My two younger boys are also patients here and always get the best advice thank you so much what a great practice highly recommend

Just finished Invisalign treatment and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience! The whole team are so friendly and welcoming, really do go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but Wallasey Village Dental Practice has changed that for me, they are differently the best around. Thanks- Rosie

Building is clean, warm, light and welcoming. Reception staff arrange bookings and send out reminders a few days before. Appointments are promptly kept -- I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Dental staff are friendly and positive -- no critical remarks, only gentle encouragement. Good clinical knowledge: they answer questions fully and attentively, very reassuring.
