        Sign on outside STATES NEW PATIENTS NHS WELCOME , BUT YOU GET TOLD UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THEY ACCEPT ANY NEW NHS PATIENTS AND DO NOT CONTACT THEM EVER AGAIN .
