        Came in as an emergency patient today. The reception staff were beyond lovely, one has only recently started and I have a feeling that she could sense how nervous I was because she spoke to me until the dentist called me in and put me right at ease. The dentist and her assistant were both so lovely, and I'm usually terrified of the dentist. Couldn't recommend any higher.

        Poorly managed! And refuse to take blame when they're at fault. Kept 'losing' our payments and then getting accused of fraud when we had proof we paid for every appointment!! We were lucky to pay by card everytime and kept receipts. It was still very distressing. Sad since the dentist is nice, but it's not worth the headache.

        Due to not liking going the dentist I found myself needing to go after 20+ years, fixed my tooth which was completely painless and was made at ease. Very friendly staff. Will now be going the dentist on a regular basis. Thanks guys.

        Best dentist I've ever had. Each dentist is friendly and caring, I've had a few emergency treatments and couldn't recommend the surgery enough all staff are friendly and you get the sense of how close a team they are. Thanks to all the dentists that have helped me this far.
