Terrible Customer service - We paid for a developer to integrate their software, then due to poor communication or understanding on Data-8 side we have now to find another software solution due to the lack of clarity regarding their products and support. Bryony the head of customer service, then attempted to demean us as a client. This only happened when we had two enquiries which they did not understand or provide answers to. If you are in need of a great verification service provided by professionals then avoid this company. Any serious business users should avoid this service at all costs.

I use Data8 for my lead generation and marketing company Nexus Digital Marketing and have no complaints, on the rare occassion there is an issue they are always quick to resolve it. The price is great also.
