        Terrible Customer service - We paid for a developer to integrate their software, then due to poor communication or understanding on Data-8 side we have now to find another software solution due to the lack of clarity regarding their products and support. Bryony the head of customer service, then attempted to demean us as a client. This only happened when we had two enquiries which they did not understand or provide answers to. If you are in need of a great verification service provided by professionals then avoid this company. Any serious business users should avoid this service at all costs.
