Sarah and Anastasia are two of the most friendly and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of buying currency from I have never had such i good experience buying money before. Thank you two for all your hard work. Service is excellent and the two young ladies in that shop deserves to have their efforts recognised.

I recently had some trouble with euros pricing etc, so I came to your store and was greeted by Sara! She was really friendly, helpful and considerate. It was a pleasure dealing with her and next time I come in, I hope to see the same friendly face :)

Hideous experience dealing with the so-called 'customer service' at this outlet of eurochange. Staff members not taught the basics in how to communicate effectively with customers and instead go on the offensive when challenged on the aggressive style of service they are providing. (Note to staff: if you are constantly being berated by other customers for not being able to do your jobs properly, as you claim, then perhaps it's time to consider that you might be the problem). A particular member of staff, whom I want to call 'Sasha' but can't be sure of 100%, has all the people skills of a sledge hammer and wouldn't be out of place in a halfway-house for violent offenders. The supervisor on shift was similarly unpleasant and desperately out of her depth - how no one taught these staff members that debasing and condescending to customers was a big customer service no-no is beyond me. A supervisor should be held to a higher standards and this one is clearly lacking. Advice to Eurochange management: invest more in your hiring processes rather than promoting on whatever arbitrary basis you are currently using and discontinue employing unqualified and inadequate personnel.
