Terrible service, having used Transglobal on and off for a few years on international shipments we sent two bicycle frames to the USA in October, measured, sent and delivered without any issues. we then get an invoice saying we owe them over 160 in fees as the size was incorrect, we could not prove it and TG demanded we pay as they were right and we were wrong, in the end they threatened to hand the debt to a debt collection company so we had to pay about 4 weeks after the items were delivered. Then 4 months later they come back again demanding more money saying we owe them for the same shipment, luckily we were able to show proof of payment from December and they cleared the account. Terrible service from start to finish, customer service was terrible and didn't even try to work with us. A shipment of approx 200 ended up costing us almost 400. We have been using Parcelbroker since and their prices are lower and customer service always helpful and on hand. AVOID TG at all costs unless you want to pay more than the stated price.
