Recieved a 'Failed Delivery' slip. Slip states collect in 24 hours if it is an essential item only.
Checked online, Delivery Office open till 13:00.
Arrive at Delivery Office 08.50 ... Small sign on gate states now only open 07:00 to 09:00 but building is locked and closed.
Why tell me I can collect my essential item, then reduce opening hours with no notice on either 'Failed Delivery Slip' or online AND THEN close 10 minutes earlier than stated on the gate?
