Cheshire West and Chester Council

If the councils involved there has been an since I moved to Chester for my first degree in 2008. Most recently, I received a four-month late council tax hill revision after all was fully paid and I had moved out of the county. Zero explanation of the adjustment just a demand for payment. Inept, as ever. I only ask that the team 1) Bill me properly, or 2) Communication clearly, that is to say at least somewhat professionally

absolutely total ignorance to the supplicant. I applied for a taxi license. on the day of receiving the license, I was informed that I also need a criminal record certificate from my country. a week before the appointment, I called them to ask if there was anything else I should bring to the appointment. I was told that everything is ok now and that if my identity documents match those sent online, I will receive a license. Unfortunately, lack of competence and possible laziness or immortality caused me not to receive a license. now I have to wait for a letter from Poland to meet again after receiving the license. The worst part is that no one showed remorse or heard that it was their mistake. I also didn't hear a word of sorry

Yet again I find myself having to contact the council again only this time its not my food waste bin theyve not emptied its the blue and red recycling bins not emptied . All bins were put out yesterday evening at end of drive . I dread phoning them because they try to explain their oversight of not emptying it - is because whatever bin was not left out at 7am . A nonsense of excuses from the person you get to speak to . Even after a complaint that my brown bin hadnt been emptied and given a promise it would be - it didnt happen . It was sat there on by the pavement another two days until I gave up and brought it in due re to cats and a fox frequently roaming around late at night . Im sick of it now . I wouldnt mind but I even offered them a hot drink during the ice cold rather the week before Xmas . Not so courteousness returned though . No chance of that !
