From the moment I arrived at the dental practice ,I was greeted with a warm welcome by reception and my dentist. I left happy and satisfied with the treatment.

Advised on cleaning and flossing ect, also caring as disabled and in alot of pain took care not to recline dental chair too much due to spinal injuries, took their time, didn't rush me, appreciated that.

Visited this dentist this morning. What a nightmare. When I phoned to make the appointment I requested a ground level appointment room, as I have a physical disability & stairs are a great problem. When I arrived the room I was directed to was down 1 very steep step both the dentist & the nurse were less than helpful, no support, apology, nothing, while I was there I heard another patient having a very heated argument due to a timing issue, felt very vulnerable. Needless to say I'm in agony now with my back & my arm that was pulled by forcing myself back up the step. I was told I need further non urgent treatment WHICH I HAVE REGISTERED AT ANOTHER DENTIST FOR. Not happy

Had an appointment what I turned up for to get a tooth taken out only to find out that they have moved the date without phoning me and changed it to a review and consultation disappointed in the dentist.afrer having a tooth ache for over a week aswel
