Lighthouse Lettings

Two of the most horrible, unpleasant, unprofessional liars I've ever met in Pat and Peta. Countless issues including damp, black mould, boiler issues, numerous leaks etc. I would have to phone and phone and they would constantly lie and change their story why the builders aren't coming out. Sometimes to the extent saying the builders mum/dad has just died. Used to literally tell me to 'stop f@#king bothering them'. Had to get most of the work done myself. Definitely would not recommend these.

Not had the best experience with this letting agency with numerous issues with my property, water leaks, doors don't opening or closing properly, black mould around the window, missing brick in wall damp walls, the list goes on. After all the broken promises from the letting agency that it would be looked in to by there builder. It was a parents they had no interest in fixing anything in my property after countless failed appointments from the builder and then when he did turn up he was only there for 5-10 minute. I've had to do some of the work myself now to make it livable.

We have recently whent through lighthouse letting to rent a house and the staff whent above and beyond to help us get the house we wanted will definitely recommend them to friends and family
