Worst Solicitor ever! AVOID this company unless you want to waste time and miss your completion date! 5 years ago I went with this company the first time for a property purchase and it was terrible! all kinds of delays, mis-communication, you cant find anyone who is actually assigned to your case as that's not how they work, yes they are not a proper solicitor firm that will deal with your case with a dedicated solicitor ! it functions like a toy factory line.... Then unfortunately when I had to remortgage recently my lender went with them again, the moment I saw they used LMS I had a bad feeling and it turned out to be right! They sent a system email asking me to complete a questionnaire in 48 hours . And on the very same day when I went into their website I can not find my case ! Spent hours on phone with their customer services, sent several emails, screenshots (showing that I can not link to my case), and was told by their customer service lady on the phone that NO ONE ENTERED MY DETAILS into their data base at all due to lack of staff. Then 3 days later I tried again, still nothing! And they denied receiving any calls/emails/screenshots from me. what's more ironic is that they then send an email saying the deadline has passed???? This is the most unprofessional firm with literally no work ethics ever. I was not able to complete my remortgage because of this none sense company which gives customer the experience like a fraud! I literally feel like my personal data is revealed to some dodgy village "company" which has nothing do to with soliciting or legal issues.
