Cannot fault Gavin and co. at Midland Building. Gavin leads a very professional outfit and clearly cares about the quality of work his company deliver. We recommend Midland regularly. We would never consider going anywhere else if we needed this type of work again. We had two supporting walls knocked through and one non supporting wall removed. The work created a kitchen/ diner/ lounge a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom (from separate toilet/ bath rooms). The quality of the finish and day to day contact and service was fantastic. Gavin was also very reassuring throughout the 13 week job which was a daunting time for us. Thank you so much.

Dishonest, unprofessional, incapable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are actual good builders on the Wirral, this company is not one of those!!!!! Ensure any work being inspected, is done so by Council planing officers and not by and private companies recommended by either Jackie or Gavin. Ask to see their website (they removed their existing page after receiving my letter of complaint) Ensure quotes provided give full break down of the exact materials that will be used and that your getting what youve paid for. If they cannot produce a guarantee of their workmanship then question why? 2 years almost and left with no working kitchen, no running water, no washing facilities.

I have been meaning to write a review for Midland Builders for a long time. Over the years they have build an outside utility connected to the house, took out my old bathroom and redesigned. They have laid a large patio in my garden and done other numerous jobs all of which have been fabulous quality. Nothing is too much trouble. I have always found the lads to be helpful, courteous & cheerful. Gavin & Jackie are always helpful and good source of knowledge about everything and always willing to go the extra mile . Wouldnt use anyone else and would definitely highly recommend them and their team. Please dont hesitate to use these guys. Best around !
