We had a few inside walls knocked down a few months ago now at our house we were about to move into. We also had a baby due very soon so were on a tight schedule! Wayne told us how long hed be and stuck to it! Everyone at the company is lovely and takes great pride in their work. Theyre a business that genuinely care and want you to be happy with the job. We more recently had a leak which we thought might be linked to the work done so called Wayne to ask about it. Gary was here first thing the next morning to look into it! Turns out it was a separate issue but Gary made sure everything was fixed and sorted before he left (and youd never have known hed been here as he left everything so spotless!) At last found the time to write my detailed review of Palmer Developments and their excellent service. After planning the big changes to our home I was left with the daunting task of finding the best possible Company to carry out my work at a reasonable price. After weeks of visits from numerous Companies I was still undecided and must admit became a little anxious because each of them left me feeling mostly underwhelmed with both their enthusiasm and professionalism. That is until my first contact with Caleb who represented Palmer Developments during an initial phone call. He was clear, knowledgeable and most of all enthusiastic towards our project. A visit promptly followed where I met Wayne who arrived at my house in a clean smart sign written van. Great first impressions! He came fully prepared with all the kit to create an accurate professional quote. What was pleasing also was that we had some constructive ideas between ourselves which is something that definitely didnt happen with any prior companies which made me totally at ease with the whole way in which these people do business. During the next few weeks the regular communication through Caleb was excellent and resulted in them issuing me a quote which came in at the exact amount I was wanting to pay for my plans. This was not the least or indeed not the most that I had been quoted so far however the confidence of this going well was on a daily basis getting better. Without hesitation I gave the go-ahead to proceed with the preparations to making a start date. Correspondence once again amazing and the date they said they would commence work was indeed the day they started. From the very start the people who Wayne had working with him were friendly, courteous and polite. They willingly took provisions to make sure the site was clean and safe at all times and also gave me overall feeling of enthusiasm for the job, that overwrites all the stereotypical stories that you look at when carrying out such an major change to your home. The two storey side extension to my house is now in the final stages of completion and without a shadow of a doubt thank lady luck for finding this company on the internet. I must commend every single member of the team for their hard work and total professionalism Wayne was reassuringly visiting on a daily basis giving updates and having a chat with us all which was brilliant, even when I had a tweak or two nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to this brilliant team of tradesmen especially Wayne, Caleb, Gary and Andy This was in my mind going to be a very stressful ambitious project. However my experience throughout has been very little stress and the end result a very impressive addition to my existing home. I would not hesitate at all in having Palmer developments carry out any other work in the Future! THANKS GUYS! Rob, Jen and Owen
