        Paid this company 700 to clean a flat prior to older gentleman returning home from hospital. The place was left filthy - I provided photos (more available on request) which showed that service had not been provided and was offered 150 rebate. Refused this but company just went ahead and paid into my account. Payment had been taken in advance and time was very short - it's now clear why that arrangement was in place. Half the items detailed in the quote were not completed, many parts untouched, and some remained in a shocking state. Recommended by Social Services - do not touch.
