        Very nice coffee, just the way I like. Very friendly and polite staff. Very clean seating area. For a mid afternoon break in shopping, there was still plenty of food left.

        Waited ages to get served in this Costa. The person was to interested in talking to their friends, I was the only one in queue. I found it very rude tbh. Shame the drink was good and the service was really poor. I don't think I will be coming back.

        Arrogant, inadequate service by who seemed to be the man in charge and served me today. At 3:30 he asked if I was ok with paper cup and no plate for my cake which I said Id like a cup please. He raised his tone and explained I had to have a paper cup because they needed time to clean up. Seems an hour and a half isnt long enough. Not happy and is gone made me feel embarrassed with other customers and staff present.

        Drink ok but 2 out of 3 staff went on break and had to wait 20 mins in a queue of one other person while poor guy left served and made drinks
