        we went as a few friends, 3/5 of us were eating actual costa products, the others had food but were very discreet. we were informed by a member of staff to leave for not eating costa products we thought this wasnt necessary as we actually did and tried to inform the lady before walking away and continuing to call security on all of us in less than 1 minute. the security guard tried to inform the staff member that she was in fact wrong however that didnt work. not happy, disgusting customer service.

        Has coffee only, as it was empty when we got there, served quickly , once we were understood what we wanted, don't know what is so difficult about a decaf latte extra hot, and a large latte, was so hard to understand, after saying it 3 times . Coffee was the same Tempreture as my friends Tables were full of dirty cups, packets ,and spilled drinks.
