Great company. Nice drivers that will always have a chat on the 22 from West kirby to Chester and back. They are always on time. You can never be disappointed with them. They used to have a driver Richard that when he was on the 22 with a decker he would always provide entertainment with his wise choice of songs. And would also notify passengers if there was a diversion before setting off and just before the diversion starts

Visited the North West (Liverpool/Wigan/Morecambe/North Wales) for the week with a youth football team. From the moment we booked until we arrived back at Liverpool Airport, Al's coaches were fantastic in everyway. Immaculate superior quality coaches, very professional drivers, very proactive advice on journey times that ensured we met our schedule without issue. Can't recommend them enough.

If the bus actually turns up. Also it broke down this week (two separate events in a couple of days). Children were left waiting on both occasions no clue or communication what was going on, given this is a dedicated school bus service. They need a social media page to keep people informed. Secondly they don't do contactless or cards - cash only, the exact change! Needs to become more reliable and move with the times.
