Ive been using Emmas cleaning company for a few months now and they always go above and beyond what I expect of them in the time frame. Emma met me personally before the service begun something the previous cleaning company never did. Emma comes across very professional, passionate about her work and just a genuinely nice person. Which helped put me at ease leaving my house keys with someone I just met. Its the little things like the text reminders (because I will forget!), the check list they leave behind so you know what has been done and the card they gave me for the birth of my daughter. 5 star service
