Golden Chef

Arrived half hour after opening. Food barely hot when it arrived and waited ages despite no-one else waiting - clearly prioritising delivery orders so dont know if our meals were sat on the side before being handed over. 2 x Chinese meals ordered came with about 5 pieces of thinly cut meat and rest of meal stacked with veg absolute waste of money. Food tasted awful with little flavour to it and ended up binning it. Wont be back.

Chinese food is good. But they tend to prioritise telephone orders over customers who call in the shop. Recent experience of battered cod was like the frozen boxed variety you would buy in a supermarket and not what you would expect from a fish and chip shop but to be fair, this is not a fish and chip shop but a Chinese takeaway that tries to do traditional fish and chip shop food but doesn't really get it right but curry sauce is very good
