JADE PARK - JVDE PVRK (Wirral)

I ordered two main meals and some sides. The sides were covered in fat and tasteless, the worst prawn toast I have had ever, the siu mai was greasy and tasteless. My Mums sweet and sour chicken came with rice, and the chicken element was inedible. I hate giving bad reviews but this has to be highlighted, to either improve the food or warn others to avoid as this was disgusting, not a patch on days gone by when the buffet was at the same venue.

Over 2 hours and still waiting for my food. Cant speak to anyone as they are not answering the phone. Avoid at all costs. BTW ordered though Foodhub and they are no help at all either.

Didn't get as far as eating here. Travelled here last week, took one look at the carpet on the stairs leading up to the restaurant and besides the first one or two stairs, it looked like they had never seen a hoover! Covered in stains and so dirty . You should get your front of house looking bob on or else it looks like you don't care about hygiene! We wondered how bad the inside must be, plus the kitchen itself, so decided to swerve it. Only a 3 star hygiene rating too. No thanks!

Ordered at 6pm for delivery 7-7.30 and it arrived at 8.35 . Unable to contact jade to get update on of delivery as not answering phone. When food eventually turned up it was stone cold

The delivery drive smelt like beer and had a bad attitude hope they sort that out and the food was cold aswell
