I've walked past the shop many a time in Birkenhead town centre without actually knowing what services it provided. However my family circumstances have changed drastically over the last 12 months, and so i did a little research and went to speak to the staff to see what services they provide.
I originally spoke to one of the male staff members who briefly told me what i needed to know. However latterly we've been dealing with a wonderful lady called "Dawn" this lady was amazing .. not only putting my mind at rest, but helping to deal with my 73yr old mum whos very anxious about using a mobility scooter. Dawn's so kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable about people's needs i will have no hesitation in recommending this charity to anyone in the future. What a wonderful service to the Wirral. So thank you once again for your professionalism being very covid secure as well ... what a 5 service.
