        What a shame! I tried 3 times to arrange to donate two SCS leather Armchairs in premium condition and. Vintage Nathan teak bureau . The first time I spoke to a woman and she was rude. Told me they were too busy and book on line. Second time the person seemed to have no clue. I booked it on line - then they emailed me to say it would be picked up 5 days later . I stayed home from work and they did not turn up. I phoned today and again they were totally clueless. No wonder they have no furniture in the shop. I understand when they are busy. But do not understand why the woman was was rude and it was 5/6 days ago. I will go elsewhere. They lost good money today at least 350 for the G plan unit and chairs.

        I had dresser table and mirrors on top they looked at dresser you wouldn't be able to sell it just needed little clean nothink wrong with mirrors had wardrobe aswell to take said to dangerous take down stairs omg are them removed men or not just put wardrobe back by wall i got to push it back into place recovery from frozen shoulders got heart condition to

        There are morons, damn morons and then BHF delivery drivers. Double parked in the road for over a half hour, leaving a large wall unit in the communal hallway over the Xmas period. Have they heard of health and safety?
