Newhall Cars

Only given two stars because the actual MOT was quick and I was contacted straight away when my car was ready to collect. However when I asked general questions about the issues which had been mentioned from my MOT (this was my first MOT with issues so obviously I had questions to ask) I was greeted with sarcastic and condescending answers from the guy at reception. I feel that if I wasnt a 24yr old girl I would have received very different treatment- Not professional and has left a very bad first impression. I will not be returning.

Fantastic service - I was told I needed new brake pads all round by a tyre fitting garage and arranged for Newhall to do the work. They ordered the parts in stripped the pads out and found they didn't need replacing after all. No charge for all the work they did . I would have been none the wiser and spent 300 needlessly. How honest I will always use Newhall for any future work

Enjoyed an absolutely outstanding service from Graham and Newhall cars, that has made my previous life experiences at the likes of Halfords shudder! Their deep knowledge and genuine desire to make life easier for you was appreciated so much. They went out of their way to ensure my warranty cover was used most effectively, and their service was efficient and of high quality. I'll be using them going forward for many years to come - thankyou guys.
