Would not use this dealership if it was the last place on earth! It was my first time there- and I will never return. Went in to speak to a service advisor and was met by a rather arrogant and unhelpful advisor who, from the off, seemed almost annoyed he had to serve me!!! No eye contact when speaking to me giving me a instant impression he didnt want to help. I gave him specific details on the car I was looking for and asked him to if they had that car. He said he didnt have any, however 5 mins later my husband spotted the type of car I was looking for on the forecourt. Went out to see the car, when I opened the door the car was filthy stunk of dog and there was dog hair everywhere!! Why would you even try and sell a car in the state?? The car was only 3 years old and the obnoxious sales lad said its what we would expect of a car of this age really?? I certainly dont!! Needless to say I walked away drove straight to Eastham motors, who stock and customer service are excellent! I spent my hard earned cash with them
