        Unable to select 0 stars! Sold me a faulty vehicle. Once they had the contract signed they did not want to help at all. Refused to help because I had driven just under a 1000 miles in 3 months. Thats right my car lasted only 3 months into a 5 year finance agreement. Please I beg you not to get involved with them and do not buy from here, you will be left majorly disappointed

        I bought a Mazda 3 from Parks a couple of years ago now, they had only just got it in and hadn't had time to prepare it properly. In particular, it needed some minor repairs to the bumper and paint work. However, I needed it that same day so they happily negotiated on the price to account for the work it needed with the understanding that if it cost more than we accounted for then Parks would cover the extra. I am pleased to say they were true to their word and the car proved to be a good, reliable runner. I would happily buy another car from Parks in the future and have no hesitations recommending them - good, trustworthy service.

        Recently purchased (June 2021) a BMW 3 series M sport (2017) from Parks Motor Company. Fantastic car. Excellent customer service. John was really accommodating as we live over in Wrexham. Would definitely recommend to others & not hesitate to purchase again.
