Buying a car during lockdown without being able to see it and paying money upfront was a little stressful. Steve put my mind at rest and even did a video call, to virtually walk me around the show room and the car I was buying, to prove it was all genuine. He was very helpful and talked me through the whole process with a bit of banter along the way. I absolutely love my new car. Thanks Steve.

Very disappointed with Steve at Northwest Car Centre. Terrible Aftersales!! Travelled from Belfast in July 2022 to buy a 2017 Audi RS5 24,000miles everything went well and picked up the car with a full MOT and 6-month warranty. Within 2 weeks the brake pads started rubbing and needed replaced all round, brake discs will need replaced in around a year too. 6 weeks later the engine fans started to stay on from start and would not go off. Thermostat had gone!! Contacted Steve which he stated use your warranty and go to an Audi specialist. Contacted various Audi specialists and no one would take the warranty supplied by Steve, it was worthless. I had to go ahead and get the car fixed of my own accord as it was undriveable as the thermostat had gone. When the car was plugged in it popped up over 20 faults. Whoever MOT the car 2 weeks before I picked it up must of been a complete muppet. Contacted Steve to say I had to go ahead and fix the car myself as the warranty he supplied was useless and not valid here. I asked would he help with any reimbursement towards fixing car. Which after numerous emails he was unwilling to help with. So much for standing over the car for 6 months!!! Raging to say the least as within 10 weeks of having the car I've had to pay out 1000's on a 40000+ car. If you're thinking of buying a car from Northwest Car Centre would recommend getting it checked over first.
