Not a Cafe if they dont cook hot food..as i was informed today, after the 2 women behind the counter had finished their chat "we dont cook no more"

Here we go again. This has improved immesurably since reopening after Covid, but today just one slice of carrot cake, short staffed and closed early with the staff moaning about not having help and people being pulled off to the food to go section. While I sympathize with the staff, that does not help me enjoy a break between jobs.

Toasted teacake and cappuccino was very nice, slow service though. Took an age for someone to come out from behind the scenes to serve us, not great as my companion was elderly. Thought 8 for two was expensive also

Here we go again.
