Called in yesterday looking for a 2 prong kettle lead the lady on the front desk was very polite and helpful she pointed me in the direction and the chap with the long hair was also very friendly. He showed me where it was and couldn't do enough to help. Top notch service

Terrible management , left the shop with a tin of paint and lid was not sealed properly , the reason i know this is because it was off when i arrived home , it destroyed my bag and a number of things inside only for the manager to say ahhh sorry not our problem speak to ronseal, absolute joke
